LAMBING HAS STARTED!!!
Lambing is expected to begin March 6 2025. Availibility will be listed beside each pairing after they lamb. If you are interested in a specific lamb please let us know - we require a deposit to hold your selections until weaning time. If a lamb is available the description will be highighted yellow and it will be stated AVAILABLE - if something catches your eye that is marked retained please let me know as it is possible we can make a deal on it. All lambs are registerable unless noted in the description.

Ojo Zarco Apache's Taza

Dam: Ojo Zarco Alexandra Sire: Ojo Zarco Apache *GSR
This will be Taza's third lamb crop since coming from Texas. He produces nicely marked lambs with great horn growth on his rams. Unfortuantely , like many mature rams, Taza broke his own horn off a few seasons ago - but the genetics are still there!

This is Sarabi's second lambing , coming out of Dior we expect great things. In her maiden year she threw a beauty of a ewe (Vitani) that we retained. All lambs will be available from this pairing.
PRADA

Ewe - Brown with minimal Black and White - was SOLD as a bottle lamb
Ram - Brown and White - RETAINED FOR NOW
This is Prada's maiden year. She is the product of a heavy linebreed with Rocketman. She was the fastest growing ewe lamb in 2025. All ewe lambs are available from this pairing. Ram lambs will be retained for now.
LONDON FOG
April 3 2026 - Single (Ram)
Ram - Brown and White
Fog is a big framey ewe like her mom Nuclear Haze. Her dam always produced rams with good horn growth and fancy ewes. All lambs from this pairing will be available in her maiden year.

♦♦♦♦ Marshmallow is a red roan ewe - and every year she becomes more and more red. Her ram lambs last year were someof our best - with one still in our grow out pen. Marshmallow will be available with her lambs as a family unit or alternatively her lambs will be available from this pairing.

This will be Rockets' 2nd lamb crop to hit the ground. We were so impressed with what he produced in his yearling year we had to use him again. He threw fancy lambs and his rams we retained have awesome horn growth.

Sequioa is part of our original Big Rock herd , and there is a good reason she has stuck around. She has given us one of our top producing ewes - Dior. 1 ewe lamb may be retained, the rest of the lambs from this pairing will be available.

Kokomo is a stunning ewe , 1 of only 2 ewes out of Josey Wales on our place. The cross of his genetics with Rocketman should produce some great horns and colours. All lambs will be available in this pairing.

Latte produced one of our fastest growing rams with the best horns in 2025 - unfortuantely we lost him in a "freak accident" . We look forward to a repeat breeding with Rocketman to replicate what she started last year.

Electra has produced excellent lambs - her 2024 ram lamb is one of the most stunning we have produced with great horns who is now a flock sire at another farm, her 2025 ram is shaping up to be a great horned ram in our grow out pen. And her ewe lambs have all moved onto their own flocks. All lambs will be available in this pairing tentatively.

Cha Cha gave us a nice ram in her maiden 2025 year - he is still in our grow out pen. All lambs will be available in this pairing *note that all will be registerable however Cha Cha is a MouflonX herself she shows that in her personality. She is very flighty so you can expect her lambs to be the same way.

Ginger is our only ewe out of Drifter.
RAZZLE
Razzle is one of only 2 ewes out of our home raised Zepplin.

This will be Hercules first lamb crop at Shady Acres , but he has produced many lambs prior to joining us. He has the doberman markings - with potential to see that in his lambs produced here. Herules will be available as well for purchase. His background genetics run strong in our flock so weare looking at just this single lamb crop for ourselves.

Lola is a beutiful ewe out of our late Lulu - a herd matriarch. She is a smaller framed ewe. Lola is available with her lambs at side - her ewe lamb is regsiterable however she is pure white. She put all of her groceries in her ewe lamb this year as her ram is extra small - but extra sweet.

Versace gave us Rocketman (whom we have used 2 years now for breeding) and in 2025 she produced our best (in my opinion) ewe lamb that we retained. Because we have retained from her prior to this year, all lambs will be available.
DAZZLE

Ewe - Tricolour with large brown "saddle" patch AVAILABLE
Dazzle will be available with her ewe lamb on side. Dazzle is one of 2 ewes out of our home raised Zepplin and a ABB ewe. She is not registered , however she can be registered with an open pedigree as we purchased her from another flock. Her lamb can be registered as well.
VITANI

Charlotte has given us great offsping in her first and second lambing. Her ram lamb from 2025 is one of the biggest in our growout pen currently.

Y2 is new to us this year. She is a very feminine ewe , and we are excited to see her cross.

Icon is a yearling Mouflon ram, and these will be the first purebred Mouflon lambs we produce. We are excited to see what he throws. As well as pure Mouflons, he was exposed to a select few Painted Desert girls just to see the variety we can produce when crossing breeds.

Nora is one of our friendliest girls being a bottle lamb. She had a beautiful ram in her maiden year and are hoping for another great lambing for her.

Nancy is one of our originals from BC from the Small Beginnings flock. She produces some of the best rams yearly for us.
BIG ROCK CURIOUS BLACK

Ram: Black with minimal White
Curious is from the original flock we purchased out of BC. She is our lead sheep and always comes for grain. Her lambs are usually quite friendly as well.
LUCY
Lucy is a Mouflon we purchased out of Manitoba a few years ago. She gives us nice lambs, one of her rams is still in our grow out pen from last year.
